Refund Policy

At Life in Verse, every poem is created with love and crafted entirely for you. Because each piece is a one-of-a-kind, made-to-order creation, we are unable to offer refunds once work has begun.
1. No Refunds on Custom Orders/Poems
Custom poems are unique creative works made specifically for you based on the details you provide. As such, all sales are final once your order is confirmed and payment is received. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on completed or in-progress poems.
2. Before Work Begins
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations requested before our poet has begun writing may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion. Once work has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
3. We're Committed to Your Happiness
We want you to love your poem. Each order includes one complimentary round of revisions so we can refine the piece to better match your vision. If you feel something isn't right, please reach out — we'll always do our best to make it right within the scope of our revision policy.
