At Life in Verse, there's no box to wait for — your custom poem is delivered straight to your inbox. Here's everything you need to know about how and when you'll receive your piece.
1. Digital Delivery Only
Life in Verse creates and delivers custom poems entirely digitally. No physical products are produced or shipped. Once your poem is complete, it will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout as a beautifully formatted, high-resolution PDF — ready to save, print, frame, or share.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Every poem is crafted with care and attention, so delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of your order and our current volume. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout or via email after your order is confirmed.
Delivery estimates are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). If you need your poem by a specific date, please let us know when ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
3. Didn't Receive Your Poem?
If your poem hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, here are a few things to check:
Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct
Check your spam or junk mail folder — sometimes we end up there!
Add hello@lifeinverse.com to your contacts to ensure future delivery
If you've checked all of the above and still haven't received anything, please reach out and we'll resend it right away.

Your poem will be delivered as the file format you choose during the submission process. If you need an alternative format (such as a Word document or plain text file), please mention this when placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
