All poems and written content created by Life in Verse are original works and remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive personal license for non-commercial use (printing, framing, gifting, personal social media). Commercial use — resale, publication for profit, or marketing — requires prior written consent. Life in Verse may feature completed poems in our portfolio or on social media unless you request confidentiality in writing at the time of ordering.
2. User Submissions & Content You Provide

3. Ordering Process
Orders are placed through our website or via direct inquiry and are not finalized until full payment is received. We accept all major credit and debit cards and any payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Confirmed orders are honored at the price paid, even if pricing changes later.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life in Verse's total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
